Terms & Conditions of Entry and Ticket Sales
By purchasing a ticket or attending an event at the venue, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Ticket Sales

All ticket sales are final.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable except where required by the Australian Consumer Law or where an event is cancelled by the venue.

It is the ticket holder's responsibility to ensure they purchase the correct event, date and time before completing their purchase.
2. Admission

A valid ticket is required for entry.

The venue reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person from the premises where reasonably necessary for the safety, comfort or enjoyment of patrons, performers or staff, or where a patron breaches these Terms & Conditions.

Valid photo identification may be required as a condition of entry.
3. Responsible Service of Alcohol

The venue complies with all applicable liquor licensing laws and practises Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA).

Alcohol will not be served to minors or to any person who is intoxicated.

The venue reserves the right to refuse entry to, refuse service to, or remove any person who appears to be intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, behaving in a disorderly, aggressive or offensive manner, or otherwise posing a risk to themselves or others.

Any patron refused entry or removed from the venue under these circumstances will not be entitled to a refund or exchange.
4. Patron Behaviour

Comedy performances are live events. Patrons are expected to behave respectfully towards performers, staff and fellow guests.

Heckling, disruptive behaviour, harassment, abusive language or any conduct that interferes with the performance or the enjoyment of others may result in removal from the venue without refund.

Mobile phones should be placed on silent during performances.

Photography, audio recording and video recording of performances are prohibited unless expressly authorised by the venue.
5. Event Changes

The venue reserves the right to alter advertised performers, schedules, seating arrangements or event times where reasonably necessary.

Where a headline act or event is cancelled and not replaced, ticket holders will be offered a remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

Changes to supporting acts or line-ups do not necessarily entitle patrons to a refund.
6. Late Arrival

Late arrivals may be admitted only during an appropriate break in the performance at the discretion of venue staff.

No refunds or exchanges will be provided for late arrivals or for any part of a performance missed due to late attendance.
7. Limitation of Liability

Patrons attend the venue at their own risk.

To the extent permitted by law, the venue excludes liability for loss, damage or theft of personal property brought onto the premises.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable legislation that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Privacy

The venue may collect personal information for the purposes of processing bookings, communicating event information and complying with legal obligations. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the venue's Privacy Policy.
9. Acceptance

By purchasing a ticket and/or entering the venue, patrons acknowledge that they have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
